Birth Parent Peer Connection

Inquiry Form

About This Program

This program offers the opportunity to connect with a trained peer who has previously made an adoption plan and placed a child. You can ask questions, hear about their experience, and learn more about what the process felt like from their perspective.

Important:

  • This is not all options counseling and does not cover all parenting options.

  • This is not crisis support or an urgent support service.

  • Conversations are non-directive and are not intended to influence your decision.

  • Each birth parent’s experience is unique and may not reflect all outcomes.

If you are looking for options counseling, more information on community resources, or support in making an adoption plan, connect with a birth parent advocate by calling or texting our non emergency advocate line: 503-550-9310

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, are in immediate danger, or feel unable to keep yourself or someone else safe, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
