Adoption

If you just can’t parent right now… you have the option (and right) to make an open adoption plan…  This plan is one you are in control of and one that aligns with your desires and wishes for you and your baby.  We have qualified families waiting to meet you and ready to love you and your baby…  Our waiting families desperately want to remain in relationship with you and honor you, your baby and your selfless choice both during your pregnancy and for a lifetime.

Parenting

Some people say you are never really “ready” to be a parent.  But for some of us, there are times when we are REALLY not ready to parent.  Raising a child (or children) takes commitment… and a village.  Deciding whether you are able to take on this commitment is something only you will be able to determine… but we are here for you while you consider your choices.  If you need resources, we have many community partners who can help you along the way.

Navigating the Child Welfare System

Sometimes when you are struggling to parent your child, child welfare gets involved. You may not be able to provide the stability your child needs…for whatever reason… and you believe that you should consider foster care. Or maybe something went wrong at the hospital and your child is taken into care. If your child enters the foster care system, you will likely be required to take classes and meet certain standards in order to visit your baby and eventually reunite with your child. This is often no easy task if transportation, housing, or other factors are an issue. Before this happens, let’s talk.

You have choices.

Abortion

Terminating a pregnancy is a choice for women who are experiencing an unexpected pregnancy. You may need a safe place to discuss your options with an advocate who will listen and help you process your emotions and your other needs, financial, housing, medical and otherwise.  Our hope is for you to make an informed decision you can be really proud of.
